Electrical Formulas is an app for anybody that needs to convert the following:
kVA - Amps - Single and three phase.
Amps - kVA - Single and three phase.
kW - kVA
kVA - kW
Electrical Formulas also has a Voltage Drop calculator and covers both mm2 and AWG cables for both single and three phase supplies.
Electrical Formulas also has a power equation calculator, Select your voltage, then enter either amps or watts to calculate the loading.

Decent enough
Good for figuring out approximate current ratings in the early stages of designing a system. Much easier to have this on a phone compared to using the calculator or the chart I youre in a pinch. I like the 3 phase table with the wire gauges. However, they could throw in an option for 400v and 575v for European and Canadian voltage. Also for an app you have to pay for, itd be nice to have a few extra features.

Needs larger cables for it to be useful for large DC applications. Kcmil, MCM. I work with large -48vDC power/battery plants.

Electrical Inspector/ Plan review
Works well as is. However, needs to address alum conductors and wire size up to at least 1000MCM to be of real use for services. Other than that I like the way it is working. Address these items and the three stars will become five stars for sure.
